The geography
The strategic geography for an education hub in Asia.
Geo Earth Holdings' first education project is in Forest City, Johor.
Where it is
Southern Johor, across the strait from Singapore.
Forest City sits on the southern coast of Johor, in Iskandar Malaysia, positioned close to Singapore. For an institution weighing an Asia campus, the relevant fact about this coastline is not the distance — it is that the catchment on both sides of the strait is one of the densest concentrations of internationally-mobile students and faculty in the region.
Geo Earth Holdings is developing its first education project here. The marker on the diagram indicates that project's location; it is not a site boundary, and nothing on this page describes land holdings.

The position
Geo Earth Holdings' first education project is in Forest City, Johor.
"First" is the accurate word and it is doing real work: it is honest that this is a project under development rather than a campus in operation, and it leaves room for a second. Everything above describes the region an institution would be establishing in — it is context, publicly established, and none of it is a Geo Earth achievement.
