A Malaysian holding company, founded in Kuala Lumpur on 13 December 2016.
The short version
Founded on a simple idea in 2016.
Geo Earth Holdings was founded on 13 December 2016 on a straightforward proposition: that responsible operations and commercial performance are not a trade-off, and that a client should not need one vendor for waste and another for the trucks.
The company started in waste management and recycling and extended into cargo and logistics transportation — which is why those five service lines now run under one roof and one contract, as a single vertical rather than five separate businesses.
Geo Earth Holdings is also developing an education hub in Forest City, Johor — a master-planned campus footprint for international academic institutions. It is a different kind of infrastructure to a waste fleet, and it is held the same way: for the long term, and to the same written standard.

Our process
How we scope, plan and run a contract.
Four stages. Nothing moves until stage two is written down and you have agreed to it.
Assess
We start by understanding your operational needs, logistical constraints and environmental obligations before proposing anything. We would rather find the awkward constraint now than in week three.
Plan
The assessment produces a written execution plan — routes, handling method, schedule, resourcing. That plan is what you sign against, and if something is not in it, it is not in the price.
Execute
Our workforce and systems run the plan with safety and compliance governing every stage, under continuous monitoring rather than periodic review.
Report
We track performance, refine the process, and report back on results, what was recovered, and where further gains sit.
